It really depends on your intensity of workout. If it's low intensity you can do it everyday. There is lots to know. Ive been doing this for a long long time. Feel free to ask any questions.

It's not unhealthy per se, but it's usually not very efficient to work out every day (as in, lifting weights with the goal of gaining muscle mass). When you lift weights, you create micro-tears in your muscle, and as your body repairs those tears the muscle gets bigger. If you don't give your body the time to repair the tears, you're inhibiting your own progress.

But also, stretching is a pretty big thing, especially if you're a younger guy working out. Make sure you properly stretch after every work-out or you really could stunt your growth. As far as I know, proper stretching offsets any stunting though, so if you do that, you're covered (don't take my word for it though, look it up).

The best way to do is set a routine and work out certain muscles each day of the week. However, you're 16, go easy on the weights and go for a run or something.

depends what kind of exercise.if ur muscles doesnt able to keep up ur routine.

I think that it can be unhealthy in a way if done excessively yes
