do you need anger management?
which type are you?
the one where you let your feelings out once your angry?
or the one who keeps on keeping it in till it explodes?
or the one who back stabs the person your angry at to feel better?

i need it. Im the one who keeps it in till it explodes ^^.

anger management indeed, he's just kiddin c2bak anyways, i just try to breathe it out and think rationally, acting in anger usually results in no-no consequences, i try think about how to remedy the situation not to retaliate, but there's the occasional others crossing the line and me seeing red We gotta remember we're only human.

I tend to hold anger in for a bit while i think it over properly- most things people get angry at can be misunderstandings. I don't tend to get angry but prefer to explain to people what they've done. Shouting at someone looses an argument as far as i can tell. If something really does annoy me i will randomly moan to myself for a bit then go and do something about it! Most things can be sorted out with a few calm words and explanations ^-^.

If you explode be carefull not to do anything you will regret later! ^-^

Oh but i think that this could be too similar to:
