You know, I've always wondered what they would do about periods. Depending on what legend(or book) you're going with vampires may not even reproduce that way. How does the blood relate into the heart stabbing? But in most vampire thingies they do have blood, but either cannot produce the very blood or have anemia^^ and in most vampire stuff they're dead bodies, so no blood will run through their veins ^^
