Post Reply When working out, which one do you think you do more of and why?

i focus on speed, power, and accuracy when i work my physical and i work my mental by studying videos and reading up on new techniques from books and i work my spiritual through meditation and self hypnosis to raise my pain tolerance.

i dont know, i forget. hmm... o umm well its been hard because some times i end up focusing on one and not the other and it was anoying to myself. well that was a will back, and iv been learning to focus on both of them more. iv goten much better at it thinkfully.

well i just decidide to stay focused on my training and i pushed myself to do more. prity much.

what i do is go to the gym one day and pratice my martial arts the next day and meditate when ever i have some spare hours left in the day.

lol, no i dont do that kind of training that makes me big as hell. i look small acualy, but i can left just as much as a guy twice my size in muscle mass because of the type of training i do is for fast reflex and power not for mucles build. so i can fight at a respectable lvl.

i mean not as <<getting big, or ferocious..>> hich is always posible but I mean like i the movie the hulk.. He trains to control himself.. which makes him control his innerdemons of anger, doubt, and of course the hulk.

i mean someone from the last forum told me.. i sound like the hulk on a good day.. which is an awesome comment. but I think we have a beast or suprasense in all of us. NO lie.. it's a survival psychology,. I believe if you can control your innerdemons.. no matter how MAD or SCARED you are.. you can have a standing chance in anything.. ANYTHING.. I BOW

ow i get you now. they do say all men have demons. and it is somewhat true. its a dorment gen thats in our blood that awakens your dorment part of your brain. and if you cant control it you go wild. thats why some people blackout when they get angry.

it is said that man only uses 10to15%of there allover power. so if someone could control all of it that would be something

Military has a huge emphasizes on running (and this is no joke o0o ), so about 2/3 of my exercise focuses on this, the other 1/3 is on the weights.
