I eat five bowls of cereal + milk a day
is this fattening? and bad for health?

like if its like total or special K then no but if its like lucky charms (awesome cereal i haven't had in years) or like coco puffs probably

Depends on the carbohydrates and sugar. I just looked up Just Right cereal and it appears to have 200 calories per serving (3/4 of a cup) and 14% carbs and 13g of sugar. What size serving are you eating?

Also, how much calories do you spend a day? If you're engaging in a lot of physical activities such as sports, it shouldn't be an issue since you will burn most of the carbs and calories.

Water doesn't help you lose weight either unless you're drinking relatively cold water since most of the weight lost through water comes from your body having to heat up the water.

Eating cereal only will keep you alive, but won't give you the proper nutrients. Through this diet, it appears you lack a source of real protein. Your body will need these proteins and amino acids to keep your physical shape. In addition, you seem to be lacking vitamin C into your diet as Just Right doesn't contain any. For now, I'd suggest you eat more nuts or fish meat to make up for the loss of protein in your diet. Tuna, anchovies, and sardines are good for you and with the proper ingredients, you can make a good sandwich out of it on whole wheat bread. I'd also suggest for you to eat a few pieces of fruit which contain an abundance of Vitamin C (Citrus fruits).

If you're on a diet for some specific reason, I'd suggest you talk to a nutritionist or your physician to see what the proper diet is for you. If you're just on a diet to become healthier and in better shape, give me a list of things you engage in on a daily basis and I can give you more information.

you dont look fat to me.

Its unhealthy, both the water (in those quantities) and the cereals (doesnt matter what kind of cereals).
DONT eat less, only varying.... and exercise. That will be building a healthy body for the future. Because you're only 14 and arent fully grown yet.

If you continue on with cereals and water it can turn you into an anorectic:

I eat raisin bran crunch 4 dinner all the time(I dont eat breakfast)... god thats like the best cereal. "2 cups of raisins in every bowl!"
