In my opinion the best thing in life is eating food. Good food. Tasty food. I say eat all you want. But if you packing on weight then may be you should stop. Assuming the extra weight goes to all the wrong places. But whatever. I say do what makes you feel good both physically and mentally.

Wow i would gag if i eat 5 bowl a day...don't you have something else to eat...i get tired eating the same thing ...fat is eating 5 bags of chip in one day yeah the big bag .

It depends . If you excercise often , probably not . If you`re lazy like me , then you probably will .
Some cereals have a lot of sugar and some have a good amount . It all depends .

No you have to eat 10 bowls not 5 to get fat.

So 5 is nothing.Make sure you get 10 otherwise it won't work

It depends on a lot of factors; like your metabolism, brand of cereal, if you exercise,etc.

But eating five bowls of cereal a day, you would think that you get tired of eating the same thing.

I think you should slow down with the cereal : D, 1 bowl a day is enough too :3 And if you are still extremely hungry then you can drink a glass of water, it takes away your hunger >;3

eating a balanced meal is important, but cereal is not fattening, but it depends on the brand.
