All it ever did was get the crew from island to island but when it was "killed" it was sad. I mean an inanimate object... #2 Sadist's Sister's Death in Gintama I forgot what disease she had but she quietly passed away after two episodes. Sorachi showed how he could do more then just comedy as we got to see a different side of Sadist (who from his normal sadist ways actually started crying) and all of the Shinshengumi Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I want to say Ace from One Piece but his shocking death was more of a, wow what a twist. Also Luffy's upset face looked to funny I would say Nagisa'S death but this thread ruined it for me so when I actually watched it I didn't really care.

Intellectually, I've wanted to rewatch it for years now (it's a great film), but haven't been able to find a time when I'm willing to be that sad. 2nd and 3rd I would probably put the deaths in Air and Chrno Crusade, but those I can rewatch.

Romeo x Juliet Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide This was a sweet and sad ending, when Juliet goes and sacrifices herself so the city will live, and Romeo tries and goes to stop her, but he gets fatally stabbed by some girl name forgotten and he dies in Juliet's arms as she dies too....so sad but so touching b/c early on in the anime, he said "we will always be together in love or death" so they died together ;D which was really sweet.... 2. Code Geass NOT ABOUT HIM DYING ;D Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I heard he died from my friends that have watched it but I myself have not finished watching it yet....b/c I was really sad after shirley? is that her name?...got her memories erased and that was terrible D: then GAH cant remember names....that pink haired girl....lelouch kills her and she was my favorite character so I stopped watching it after that, plus I found out more people died....

SADDEST ANIME MOVIE D: the major charcters all die and I just thought it was horrible...I own it on dvd but I have only watched it once because throughout the whole movie I was just crying .... its a real tearjerker

Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 6/2/10, edited 6/2/10 Top 3 Deaths: Naturally the first is Setsuko and Seita, you just can't get any sadder than that Second, the WHOLE cast of Ideon getting obliterated but they finally come together in death by way of Messiah (Be Invoked I think is the true ending to Ideon) Third, is Baldios..for the first and only time, the bad guys succeed in destroying Earth and no one isn't able to stop them and that's how it ended
