Then there's: Rau Le Creuset, say what you will about Seed, but Rau was spectacularly psychotic. And finally: Chaos from Sora No Otoshimono Forte, somehow adorable and yet beautifully twisted, although admittedly she's sexier in her second form.

Personally...some of my favorite psychos would be (in no particular order): Gasai Yuno (Mirai Nikki) Hamyutsu Meseta (Tatakau Shisho) Kotonoha Katsura (School Days) Fuyou Kaede (Shuffle - one of my least favorite characters in an anime...BUT...good example of obsession leading to a psychotic break) Nyu/Lucy (Elfen Lied) BUT...my personal favorites (take your pick) virtually any and all of the characters from Bakemonogatari/Nisemonogatari/Nekomonogatari...all of them in their own way have psychopathic tendencies which come out in often amusing (and sometimes violent ways...although yes...my favorite Senjougohara Hitagi would classify as a mild sociopath)

She cute, dangerous, and you never know what she's thinking. Just pray that she has you as a prince in her mind and you'll be fine. Just be careful when you're sleeping. She might bust your window, sneak into your bed, and tie you up in-between her calling you her "precious" I mean look at that smile! How can you turn that down? (Yes, I'm purposely trying to ignore the assault rifle)
