First, i have to point out that the characters you are listing are not psychopaths. They are psychos. Psychopaths have no emotions and psychos are unable to control their emotions and/or urges.
Psycho to psychopath = Yuno Gasai to Ogami Rei
my favorite psycho would have to be Hollow Ichigo. Or really, anyone who completely snaps in the middle of a fight and goes berserk to the point of nuclear aftermath(again, Hollow Ichigo but later in the series.)
