OK I just thought after looking at my other topic and thought whoa.
What if i made a topic about bands I never thought I would be listening to ever.

AnCafe. hmm when i first heard them, Miku's voice kinda irritated me. I'm not a HUGE fan of theirs right now. But i do listen to them on occasion,for some reason his voice kinda grew on me.

alice nine. ....Shou's voice irritated the hell out of me for a loooong time, but I managed to hear one of their songs on I think..a jrock fanvid? the song was Shunkashuutou ...I still love that song to this day ^^;
and for the record...his voice did grow on me, though it has improved quite a bit as well.

An Cafe - cause some of their older stuff didn't appeal to me...until I heard Maple Gunman
Dir en Grey - The screaming scared me at first =3 now I likes it
the GazettE - no idea why I didn't like it till I heard Social machine riots
I have more but these three bands top the list and now they are a few of my all time faves

erm...I hated Shou's voice but now I kinda like them....still get a bit irritated sometimes but getting over it.

first of all i didn't think that i would listen to J-rock at all
but that changed
and the first time i heard An cafe i thought that Miku's voice was kind of wierd -.-" ehhe

i didn't think i'd listen to any dir en grey, but i found a song called rain which i really like. Also i didn't like Miyavis attitde but after watching his acoustic slapping, i was sold heh

Miyavi - the first time I saw him.. he kissed a guy.. but I'm okay with him now after watching his movie Oresama..
Dir en Grey - the screaming.. But I do listen to some of their songs now
An Cafe - their music doesn't captivate me but after listening to Maple Gunman that changed

At first I didn't like An Cafe very much, I heard one of their songs years ago and didn't like it that much, but just with in the past week I've been hearing more of their stuff and am starting to like them a lot more.
It's the same thing with Gackt, I didn't think I would like his stuff at first, but now I do. The song Vanilla sold me. The lyrics are... O.o But it's way to catchy for me to not like, and it made me want to listen to more stuff.

There were a few I can name: Miyavi (weird), An Cafe (they were very annoying), Rentrer En Soi (they used to make me sleep), Megamasso ("Kiss Me Chu-Chu"/"Lips" O_o), Gackt (sleepy), and pretty much any jpop I like.
Well, Oshare in general. I thought it was way too hyper at first. Now, I sometimes get into hyper spurts and want to hear it.

I just started listening to the GazettE. I never thought I would start listening to them, mainly just because their fangirls are so annoying (no offense if you're a GazettE fangirl, not all of you are annoying, just some). I was always kind of under the impression that they were just pretty and that's why everyone liked them so much, then I actually listened to them, and now after about a week and a half I'm starting to turn into a fangirl myself. XD

yeah sadly, that is one of the main reasons why so many chicks like them
