No bread has much fat to begin with. Besides, the fat it does have is good, unsaturated or poly.

What you want is less calories and white bread has less calories. Multigrain bread has more nutrients but has more calories.

Get some wheat bread. Typically 60 calories a slice, low fat, and full of nutrients. That multigrain crap is over rated.

Depends on the brand really. Though, I would go with multi grain bread.

you're real obsessed over your weight aren't you? I can't help but notice you keep making tons of threads all about losing weight. There's a thing called google. Just search it up. And don't sloop so low to others saying you're not smart. =__=;

Im not really smart

If you're curious about something, go and use google and educate yourself. As for your weight, if you're really the girl in your display picture, you don't look like you need to lose weight at all.

White bread's more fattening and less filling. You'll end up consuming more calorie and you'll be an American symbol... Whole grains are filling and healthy and contain less calories.

Let's start by understanding why your body stores fat; Your body turns excess fuel that weren't used by your body's energy system as fat, and the fuel is made up by the food that you eat.

Therefore, you'll get fat by either 1)not burning enough calories by not exercising and, 2)overloading your energy system by eating unhealthily.

All breads belong to the carbohydrate food group, and carbohydrate is the primary fuel source for your body, because they're the easiest type of food to be converted by your body's energy system as glycogen, the energy for your muscles. The speed of conversion is determined by how refined the carbohydrate is.

Refinded/processed foods are generally easier for your body to digest, which won't fill you and they often leave you still hungry because of it. They lost most of their neutrinos due to the refining process, which the manufacturers will replenish them back with additives and supplements. Complex/natural foods are harder for your body to digest, which fill you up and you won't be hungry for a while. They retained most of their neutrinos, but your body will have a harder time get to them because they're harder to digest.

Now let's look at the topic regarding with white bread, whole-wheat/brown bread, and multi-grain bread. And I'll compare each of them base on health issues and neutrino values.

White bread is refined carbohydrate. It has lower neutrino value and it doesn't fill you up. It scores high on the glycemic index, so it's the easiest for your body to turn into fat.

Multi-grain bread is complex carbohydrate. It has high neutrino value and it fills you up. It scores low on the glycemic index, so it's the hardest for your body to turn into fat.

whole-wheat/brown bread is semi-complex carbohydrate, it has good neutrino value and it's filling. It scores relatively low on the glycemic index, so it's harder for your body to turn into fat.
