Yes, but they call it spacism up there. See spacism started out with the Rooskies and the Americons way back when in the 50's with the space race. See. One time a scientist at NASA thought it would be funny on one of the Apollo missions to send a rock into space with writing on it saying that "Soviets suck! America is great!" Now, this is where things become trivial.

When the rock was dropped upon the return to Earth on an unknown Apollo mission, a rooskie found it. It wasn't dropped high enough to be destroyed by the atmosphere, however when it was brought back to the USSR's space expansion team, they were marveled at what appeared to be an alien language. Here, I've tried to replicate the writing style used in the rock within MSpaint.

It was found precisely like that. Now, the rooskies being backwards at the time figured it was the correct positioning. So, upon years of deciphering, finally around 1990 it was discovered what it had truly said.

And then the Soviet Union collapsed. Coincidence? You be the judge.

Daww. How adorable, Aarano my brother mised me. Yeah - I deleted my account because I didn't want to be associated with crunchyroll under my primary alias.

I kind of figured bienediemaja or bienediemaya (which I'd prefer) would be taken, so I went with Jay. More so in hopes that some people would notice me just so they don't go like "who the hell is that?"

It's good to have an identity. Even if it is a poor one. Then again a poor identity is subjective, but I'm rambling.

understandable.

ah, that used to be one of my favourite shows as a kid.

btw, i didn't know that you're from the ukraine *cough cough* jo napot!

Hungarian is part of the Slavic languages. I'm from a part of Ukraine where we speak Russian primarily.

yep! Aren't I sly? I am actually fascinated by the Russian language and the Eastern European history. So I hope you don't take it offensively.

actually i don't see anything wrong with people having their "fake" online persona or a fascination for a certain culture, or part of the world. isn't it each and everyone's dream to be something else than they are? no reason why i should get offended =)

Most excellent then. I don't quite want to BE from Eastern Europe, I more so want to learn the depths and crevices of it's history. However, I do know what you mean by everyone's dream. Great point you've brought up there.

well, it's sure as hell more interesting than the historical background of the new continent, even though i am sure that the native americans had a nice historical background, yet, people still don't know much about them, i guess most "written" evidence has been destroyed, or we just lack the ability to understand them?

i am glad to hear that not everyone demonises the russians, they're actually some fun folk to be around. hm, that makes me think some weekend with vodka would do me good. >.>

The reason the Native American history isn't so interesting is because they were so behind compared to the Eastern world. War's weren't as large, there were no massive conflicts, and they lived rather peaceful lives.

Nobody should discriminate a race by the acts of the few. The reason the Eastern European history sparks such interest in me is because of how radical it was. Plethora of violence, disasters, and happenings that really highlight that area when it comes to history.

Like I always say though. Hate the player, not the game. (player being person, and game being race.)

Oh yeah. and the Russians have some EXCELLENT tunes. I'm talking about things like Polyushka Polye, I love it.
