Well it used to be Sakura from Naruto, because until Shippuden came out she was SO VERY USELESS.

Generally any weak, high-spirited, overly optimistic, big-boobed character depending too much on someone else for support, help, friendship etc etc.
- Sakura was annoying at the beginning of Naruto what with her infatuation with Sasuke... But in the Shippuuden series, her character takes a better turn.
- Hinata from Naruto I just can't stand at all
- Yoshida from Shakugan no Shana. The woman's piss-taking
- Inoe Orihime from Bleach
