Most Hated Female Anime Characters

The instant a female character is portrayed as useless or pathetic, people begin to show dislike.

Sakura is the most popular example at the moment, but she gets her act together in the second part.

I like girls who are strong willed and play their part. Although I wish they would pick better voice actors sometimes.
