I said Takumi even though he treats her like crap and is a cheating *^%)^&%&*^&% but ya, i think that Nobou would spoil her too much. Where as Takumi is more stern and somtimes insensitive, but because of that we can see how much Hachi has matured. She learned how to deal with the troubles in her life maturely and she also realizes that Takumi isn't always going to be there for her for every little thing that goes wrong in her life,which has made her more strong imo. But im not saying its a bad thing that Nobou was always there and she was so dependant on him, but because he spoiled her soo much the minuet he wasn't there for her she went to find comfort in another mans arms. And the one thing that pissed me off about Nobou is that he left Hachi when she REALLY needed him the most, whereas Takumi was their for her when she REALLY needed the support.

Although Takumi's a jerk he really loves Hachi and because of her you can see he started to slowly change.

I agree with you about Nobu - when he found out Hachi was pregnant, he just wasn't able to step up and give her the support she needed. And Takumi, even though he had just received the shocking news himself, was able to be strong and take control of the situation. That was why Hachi chose him, and I can't really blame her.

Takumi, don't you all remember when Nobu's little wimpy self ran away from Nana in her time of need, crying.. loser. Takumi is strong. I don't think he's cheating on Nana anymore either. Did you see how much just sleeping with Reira took out of him (I know it was mostly because he didn't want to hurt their relationship, but still).

I think that the two both have their faults. Well, not exactly faults, but perhaps flaws. Takumi, I guess loves Hachi, but he doesn't show it like Nobu does. I think that Nobu has much deeper feelings, but lets her go because he realizes his 'inability' to care for her child and her. However, now that the manga is where it is up to, I think Nobu should go with Hachi. He's grown up, and although he's with Yuri (grr...) I don't think that relationship will last.

In my opinion, Takumi's a heartless bastard. But perhaps that's being prejudiced. I think he and Reira make a better couple.

I think if Reira and Takumi stay together, they might be exactly like Ren and Nana O, self-destructive relationship! since none of them has what it takes to build a happy family. Let's me imagine the scenario, uhm, how about this?

Reira: ( crying) Takumi, you were with other women right? you selfish man, you don't care about me at all ( blah blah blah...)
Takumi: I'm tired and if u gonna have unreasonable jealousy like this all the time, we cannot be together!

anyway, back to the main topic: Takumi. He might be the worst husband one can ask for but he is undeniably a good dad, he redeems himself a bit in this part
I think a Nobu- Hachi ending is possible, but in that case, Takumi will be the one who voice divorce first, he might decide to be an angel after all his evil deeds and decide to step aside thinking of Hachi's happiness

Do u guys notice? Miu is there for Yasu but Yuri is not for Nobu, I don't think Aizawa forgot to include her in recent chapters, which mean she gonna be out of the picture in the future ( yay ^^) she is not there for Nobu in his hardest time, not qualified to be good wife
