What's this?
1. Internet Music Festival held on December every year and is the first Music site participated by Japan. The winners are chosen from www.kashu-navi/tw/ranking.php. The one who won the prize will get a "the best of" award on Internet Music Festival.

2. The votes by fans will be counted every month on time, the result can be seen at the same time.

3. The voting period is from every year's 1st December until next year's 30th November.

4. On December, the award giving event will be held and sponsored by each radio station.

L'Arc~en~Ciel is at No.32 currently of the "Best Artist Chart"
