Really liked both but I felt the second was given more story and character development. Overall better game-play too.

I cared more about the characters in the second game but the hive is scarier in the original.

GOW2 is an improvement, but not the best...length of game play remains short...doesnt live up to the expectations. But still fun, nonetheless.

I love Gears 2. The characters feel more real and the online play kicks major ass. The host thing does suck though :/

i love this game, if only the match making wasnt so gay, y they changed it from gow1 idk but its stupid, hope they change it back for gow3, also i dont mind the host thing, but people with leg switchs i hate.
