However, the story is interesting enough to make it work and make me forget that Kyoko is still as averse to love as in the beginning. I don't have a problem sticking with a long story that has good character development (and comedy), but I hope that the author will write a satisfying end for it (... I didn't like her pervious manga's ending). Skip-Beat is long from over, we still need to know about Ren's past and the love triangle hasn't been used enough... I just wish the chapters were weekly instead of monthly!!

We have at least 5 ongoing, been there from the beginning, plot points and none of those 5 have been solved. No you can't become a star over night but could you at least wrap up one of those plot points? How difficult would it be to wrap up one plot point then move onto other? You know like she did with Sho and that copycat group? That took what? 2 or 3 chapters to resolve. I'm been reading since the beginning and I have the just released Vol 15 and none of the plot points addressed in the beginning have been dealt with!

Because like Sho just kind of just disappears sometimes for chapters on end... And I just want Kyoko to marry Ren... And have a child. That will be a perfect end to the series... Or it'd be nice if she just noticed that she has love feelings for him at least. But I have a feeling that's a ways off though. But I love the story... It's addicting. I just want more of it! So they can stretch it as long as they like. For I'll just have more to reread in the future. = ]

(this was my initial reaction) I like it very much when things drag out, personally. If it was just a typical shoujo romance story, I wouldn't be so obsessed with it, now would I? Although weekly instead of monthly thing would be lovely... Ren and Kyoko FTW! But I love how their chemistry is developing, so no plot rushing.
