My favorite of all time will have to go to Challenge of the masters this movie has well choreography. And a great a
mount of Hong Kongs brightest stars and martial artist's.

My favorite scene is practicing of the Porcupine. The shaolin porcupine is tough training especially when there's a partner!

Even though there fighting for fireworks.I can't think of anything else too fight over!

i have too many fav scenes.

so, today i will choose one, tomorrow i may choose another!:

i pick the fight scene with gordon liu fighting off the manchus in the early part of Executioners of Shaolin. He uses SEVERAL different hung gar techniques and animal styles fighting as he fights several captains all with an arrow in his leg!

this is also called the rooster vs. the centipede. it's directed by Wong Jing so has a lot of humor and (repressed) sexuality. it stars jet li and gordon liu plays a shaolin monk gone bad. i believe it was the first time for him returning to his shaolin monk role in over a decade. it wasn't a shaw production though.

the only shaw brothers picture with jet li in it is Martial Arts of Shaolin or shaolin temple 3, which had a couple cast members from the first two return. and directd by lau kar leung. this was made in 1986 after shaws had already pretty much shut down it's movie studios. it was primarily shot in mainland china i believe.
