Translation:
For some reason, these boys from South Korea have cause commotion in many places around the world with their pop music and their peculiar style. They sing in their mother tongue, just one or two (N: una u otra in this is like some few songs) or some chorus in English or Japanese, but even with that they are a sensation. The acronym that shapes their name means Rising gods of the East. The five young men were choose carefully between hundreds of thousands of people, five years ago, for one big Asian label. All of them are child prodigies in music, and all of them have an interesting life; One of them grew up on EEUU, another lived in extreme poverty. This boys and their fashion look (big hairstyles and dying) are protagonist in hundreds of commercials and advertisements in the Asian continent, they have conquered Japan, China and even Thailand, and are one of the few bands that have been able to bring together more than forty thousand people in one Korean concert. Now with their 4 disk and after training as actors on TV, their next aim is to conquer our country.

So they're conquering South America? I thought they'd conquer the US first because that's what others usually do--Korea, then Japan, and then the US.

i live in peru, and all i can tell you is that, since the boom of korean media (specially dramas) youngsters (mostly girls) are attracted to whatever comes from korea. i know some girls (sister's friends, who are asians as well) that are crazy for asian boy bands, but personally i've never come accross a real fan of DBSK here.

btw, i hardly know who they are^^ not really interested in their music either (though i've never listened to them), i consider boy pop bands quiet old fashioned...

some have mentioned about conquering the US first before South America, and it makes sense...really...but in a sense they haven't really conquered SA and other non-asian nations as of yet. there's no doubt that their popularity have reached those places, but that's not really "conquering"...u know wat i mean?

next, to take a whole different viewpoint...there's really no need to "conquer" the US. DBSK fans can be found worldwide, not just in Asia. There are heaps here in Australia too, and not all the fans are Asian-Aussies (i know, coz my non-azn friends are). So there's no doubt that heaps of americans are DBSK fans too. just by looking at the DBSK fans on crunchy and u can already see that...

PS: i hope this doesn't sound too contradictory and all. also if anyone takes offenc in wat i've written here...know that i mean no offence or racism or anything of the like~ thx heaps

maybe the reason why they are not conquering America first is because a lot of other asian artists have tried that and failed in doing so.........i think in my oppion that if they conquer other contries first ..............then it will cause a HUGE uproar in America :D
