Hey this is Ace and im just asking anyone if you think his way of life is good. I think it's great how his power is amazing not for the massive killing but i think it's a good anime.

His way of doing things is great to conquer but not to govern (kinda like Alexander the Great).

As were shown on the original HNK, no one is really a 'bad' guy. What Raoh is doing it's the same as Kenshiro and Toki wants/does, but following different paths to reach the goal. It's not a bad idea to unify people through a sole kingdom, but the prize is very high too. The way Raoh lives is the only one which he can choose, it was his 'destiny' (thinkin on the Hokuto universe ruled by that).

Raoh's style of rule is good and bad.

For a situation as the world is in during Hokuto no Ken, his way of acquiring power and creating order isn't bad for getting things done quickly. However if you are at the bottom of the ladder or pile the likelihood of getting the worst crap dropped on you (ie randomly killed for messing up) isn't very low.

In long term one can't rule on power alone but in that sort of environment, having a ruler feared by many actually guarantees more protection for its people from outside forces.

If we had Raoh's enforcement policies and Toki's style of rule, THAT would be a true way to rule
But Raoh ruling would be a good thing. There'd be people who are disciplined, and actually doing their jobs. There'd be a nation full of trained specialists instead of what we have here.
