Yeah, I never understood that. I hear people talk about it a lot that they just don't like people with different skin color even tough they're not racist.

Could someone explain to me why?

From a biological perspective, organisms tend to favor other organisms who look similar to them when it comes to choosing a mate. Humans are the same way, but the feeling is more prevalent in some people than others.

I'm being rejected because I'm so damn pale, if that counts. Haha, just joking, I know it doesn't. I find discrimination because of skin color horrible. And, be glad that you didn't end up with him, since he's obviously racist. Still, if he's a nice guy otherwise, that's such a shame.

you shouldn't call someone a "friend" when he shuns you because of your color

You can say a lot of things, but I do know when someone's my friend or not and that's not for you to decide.

Yeah, you're right.
Anyway, it's only an opinion.

I never said he/she's racist.
Loser?
You think that love's about winning or losing? That's sad.

You were implying that he/she is racist.
Sex=Win
Getting turned down and ranting about it on a online forum=Lose
The End.

Haha wait, now I get it. You just wanted to give an negative comment because it's an online forum.
Sex isn't everything and just because you're assuming things, doesn't mean that I meant that.

The end.

Have you considered the fact that i just don't like you?

I saw your comments in other threads so I'm basing it on that. It's nice to know that you can like someone or not in just one day. I'm impressed. Anyway, we're going too offtopic, so bye.

No, but I get hit on by twenty years-old to grandpa-aged men, because of my skin color. Luckily, that's not always the case.

..I always thought sometimes it had to do with family orders. My friend who's Filipina was going out with this Jewish guy, and their parents kept telling them to break up. In the end they were forced to..so I mean sometimes the individual is racist, I'm sure but also, it can be due to the parents lack of acceptance.

this happened to a friend of mine her entire family opposed it but she kept going out with him anyway so long story short her family in poland looked at her with anger and she always cried about that.i dont know if shes still dating him now

Yeah, see..I can understand someone doing that for someone they really like but..yknow. If the guy never felt that way *not that he couldnt,* there's not much point in doing it.

Exactly. XD And if this Asian guy wasn't sure in the first place, he probably just doesn't wanna risk it. To me it just doesn't make sense for him to tell her he can't go out with her because of her skin color after they've been friends.
