Grimmjow because they are rivals and so damn alike. when they fight they compete so much and force the other to do their best. Also he's cool, strong and hot. Pure destruction. Neliel because she's funny as hell, cute, badass (her zanpakuto, resurrection and techniques are AWESOME .) and she's the one for Ichigo (in my opinion, of course)
