I have some questions about the songs the orchestra plays

Does anyone know, what the orchestra played during their practice in "Episode 3", when Kang Mae asked them to listen to the music with their eyes closed. And when they opened their eyes they where like outdoors..

I like the piece whereby Kang-Mae played in a piano competition when he was competing with the other conductor when they were young! Chopin Etude op.25 no.11 "Winter Wind".
