What the heck is a "pwned"
Is that even a word?
I'm guessing it's another stupid internet slang for "owned"
Which makes this a duplicate..similar threads to the following.

pwned=pawned . . . .

pwned is a typo of owned. Letters "o" and "p" are sitting next to each other in the "qwert" type keyboard.

Searched it up and instead it asks if I meant: spawned
Anyway.. Pawned..

pawn 1 (pôn)
n.
1. Something given as security for a loan; a pledge or guaranty.
2. The condition of being held as a pledge against the payment of a loan: jewels in pawn.
3. A person serving as security; a hostage.
4. The act of pawning.
tr.v. pawned, pawn·ing, pawns
1. To give or deposit (personal property) as security for the payment of money borrowed.

The definitions I'm getting from up there, and the thread topic..it just doesn't seem to fit together.. =__=;

A corruption of the word "Owned." This originated in an online game called Warcraft, where a map designer misspelled "owned." When the computer beat a player, it was supposed to say, so-and-so "has been owned."

crap, my gaming slang sucks ._.
