I...honestly can't think of one. Every anime I've seen has had at least ONE episode where I've been like "move it along already"
So far Squid Girl hasn't had any boring episodes in my opinion, but I'm only four episodes in, so I don't really count that one yet

The only anime I've watched with no boring episodes has been Fate/Zero. The first half of the first episode starts off on a stale note .. but the second half just digs its claws in and doesn't let go.
