In my opinion 'boring' is subjective - what I find boring someone else will enjoy and vice versa. So I'd say there probably isn't an anime in existence that doesn't contain boring episodes.

Not saying these are great anime, just saying I wasn't bored watching them at any point. With the exception of Angel Beats, Elfen Lied, and Dance in the Vampire Bund, because they were amazing.
