I'm also pretty damn emotional.
I never have realized how I ever deal with it.... I guess I just shrug it off and forget about it

Though I am delicate, I'm not that emotional. When I /do/ get emotional, I either let it all out or try to control it by shutting up. I look for the right time and place where I can be all by myself so that no one can see this. I wouldn't want to worry or irritate some people. And I'm not following your third question, how do I cry? Water just come out of my eyes because of happiness, depression, or simply being moved?

I used to be emotional
but then I locked up all my emotions in a coffee can, and buried it in a cemetary

nowadays, I just try not to care about anything
it's how I was (quickly) able to get over some of the family things that had happened this year
meh...

it's easier to not get emotional when you don't think of whatever's affecting you...

it's possible that you can, but, like every situation where you try to master something, it does take practice, and time
however, some tell me that shutting up my emotions is a bad thing, because one day, it'll all overflow
hasn't happened yet, nor do I think it'll happen in the near future
so... if you can risk that, then... well, go for it

I'm not encouraging you, or discouraging you from doing what I've managed to do
but it's usually always better to know the risks of something before you decide what your next action will be

I'm sort of emotional.
I only have happiness, guilt, and sadness.

ah, how.. now that's a bit of a problem..
well, it's more a state of mind, really
hiding it is a good start
you just have to try and let things... "bounce" off of you as if they hardly mean anything
a lot of things happen unexpectantly, so.. I can't really tell you that you'll get it right away

if anything, you can always ask me for help, if you like
