I remember when I first checked out this anime out of curiosity and for a fix on a new sports anime. When I first saw the first episode, my first thought was "I'm suppose to be cheering for this guy?". Seriously, with a face like that, I thought Hiruma was an antagonist of this story. So then I thought in the second episode he's a good guy but real sadistic, and it seemed so but more and more episodes came and well...HE'S THE BEST ANIME CHARACTER I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!
So yeah, that's my story. What was your first impression of Hiru-kun.

i was fairly cautious of him as a character and since i hadnt seen no one like him before it was hard to look at him coz he was so weird and crazy. but now i luv him, hiruma is just a mad man!
