7 Upload Rules/Guide By Gun
1.Wings cannot be layer Other, if you want wings make them with a shirt and submit them as Layer Shirt. Because Layer Other is the top of all layers, I'm sick of seeing wings covering weapons.
2.Kimono's Dresses, Suits. Must be cut into two parts. Top and bottom. For shirt and pants. Please do not submit them as coats or shirts or other any more!
3.Two Handed Weapons. Never have this, ultimate rejection right here.
4.I know its not against the rule to upload Eyes, but if we already have a set of red eyes, we don't need more =.=;;

can you design level 99 equips?
well our point scale doesn't go that high yet(ill try), but i did approve 2 items at 85 a minute ago, they both have like 200 attack and 90 defense, i think it was a pair of glasses and a shirt thingy

Can mods please post a sticky somewhere on the Order of the layers for designers to refer to>?
Or is there any such info around? thanks.
eg: coats cover > shirts> and shirts cover pants... etc...
I was clicking & clicking & clicking... on item shop and own stuff in bags to figure out the layers order. Cos I hate if my designed stuff turns out misplaced/ covered by most costumes/ different parts too.
About wings... I just bought a pair of butterfly wings for my chibi... she's now nakkid *coff* on top if she wears it. So for modesty, she cant wear it just yet till I find fitting clothes from other sections 
I thought it would be better if on 'Others' section, but noticed that at least for 'left arm weapon', 'Others' will cover that.
Yadda yadda.
