I think Luffy could be the strongest, but when he fought Zoro weren't they on par with each other? I mean, the one time I remember them fighting I'm sure neither of them won. I think it's debatable on who is actually stronger.

I think luffy edges zoro out a bit in power but lets not forget when the giant panda (Bartholomew Kuma) took luffy's pain and gave it to zoro at his request he survied that still standing so they might be close

Durability: Zoro
Speed: Luffy by an inch.
Strength: Equal

I think if they ever fight all out, Luffy will win but he will be heavily injured.
