because of the fact that like 3 of the members are from America & the other 4 that speaks it, barely has an accent with an exception of 1 or 2 XD

I want to say Utada or M-flo (both verbal and Taku are fluent) but that's kind of cheating since they grew up in America.

I'd have to go with Ellegarden, they need a little work on their grammar but their English is pretty solid, especially in "Salamander."

edit - I checked out Big Bang since just about every person in this thread said they were the best. I'd have to agree their English is pretty darn good.

I agree but Aimee Lee,you know the american dancer that Taeyang danced in the Number 1 video with?she wrote in her myspace that GD was the best at english and Tae is second .She and her boyfriend Shaun(one of BB's cherographers) go to Korea once in while and came back to LA,where they live.

Filipino bands were ruled out because english is their second language and is natural to them so I dont think 2pm would count since some of them were born in America and thats their second or first language. But I agree on Epic High but only for Tablo.

Big Bang..love their english stuff
F.T. Island sounds cool when they sing english stuff, even if their pronounciation is off sometimes XD

there are members of other bands that have good english, but the whole group overall not so much..hehehe
