Filipino Bands. When it comes to English, Filipinos are better speakers
compared to other Asian country..

hard to say? coz it really just needs more practice (and for a fact..i know in japanese schools...grammer is the more important aspect of their english studies compared to speaking skills..conversation..is an entirely different "class")
filipinos would be best (even tho i havn't head any) firstly, filipinos are such wonderful singers (so many talented ppl!) and They speak english more than other asian countries i think (well...singapore speaks english...i think english is even considered "first language" with some singaporean ppl? but ah well~)

it'll depend on how much the "bands" or singers actually practice the songs..and how much effort they put into learning english....who knows. some of the bands might even have "tutors" and intensive training to improve their foreign language skills

but regardless, to any band that performs (sing and speak..@ like functions or stuff..) in a language other than their mother tongue. kudos to them! =]

Well, its quite obvious Filipino bands do a great job in singing in English since its their second language.

But, if you compare it with non english speaking countries like Korea and Japan. I have to say EPIK HIGH is the winner! Tablo is very fluent in English!

Epik High and Brian. Because they actually do speak English. As far as Tablo anyway in the case of Epik High. Also, I like some of Younha's English singing.
