Don't worry about versions or anything... I'm using 7.0 and it works fine. As long as your paint program has anti-alias, transparency, and such, it should be fine.

Well any program are good :)Ah as for paint you can use paint if you have a tablet :p and using grey color light gray around/on dark lines to make it look smoother And yea keep in mind not all free programs are good :p |

Ah !! Now I see why all my items are rejected.....all of them are overpowered. Now that I have a table for the stats, now how do I delete or remove rejected drawings from "My Design" ? Its really troublesome to see so many same pictures and un-categorized.

if you don't have anything but paint and you want to make items, do yourself a favor and get either
Paint.net www.getpaint.net or GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ Both of those programs are free, and have many of the same tools that PS has. |

Even if I use one of these programs, the item I draw will still be pixellated if I don't smooth the line right........If that's true then It doesn't matter what I use my drawings will always be rejected...... |

Are you using anti-alias on your lines? I'm not sure how those programs work, but if they have different brush options, there should be an option for anti-alias lines.

And that's what I don't know. I do not know anything about advance tools and brushes, that's why I use MS Paint. I don't know which tool brush is anti-alias..... |

An anti-alias brush should give you lines that look like what I explained in this old thread:
http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-391652/Design-Tip-Pixel-vs-Smooth.html It may be confusing, and I'm not sure what the brushes in your program are called, but you sould be able to find one that works nicely just by experimenting with all the brushes and options. |

Ah I found it !! The the normal line in MS Paint had pixellated line while Paint.NET is smoothed line. Now I can start drawing again. But because of all the name that my rejected drawing took, I cannot use them again. Could you rename (or delete if possible) them so I can use them again ? |
