if you don't have anything but paint and you want to make items, do yourself a favor and get either

Paint.net www.getpaint.net
or
GIMP http://www.gimp.org/

Both of those programs are free, and have many of the same tools that PS has.

or find a torrent with a *cough*crack*cough*

<.<............>.>

then you can have CS4 (my current version)

There is a CS4. I think that that's the newest (released October 15, 2008).

You just need to keep practicing. I had to keep practicing as a kid to get better, so you can say that it took me a whole 14 years to get better(I started getting more detailed than stick figures and coloring at 5).

And that's the problem, I do not have to play play CL like the others. I'm busy studying Diploma course which take much of my free time to study.

I rarely play myself, lol.
Well, you could try setting up some free time aside from study, maybe a few hours a day, or weekends. It's important to have fun in life, after all.

Oh I had enough free time, because if I do not pass this course I might never be able to get a job at all.....I'm an average student and the course I'm taking now has 3 semester study and 1 semester practical. If I fail at least 1 subject out of 5, I'll have to to restart the entire 1st semester again. And passing grade should be +70% (very hard for an average person like me) .

When i upload my pic. it's smaller than the preview model, and somewhere up in the corner. I cannot drag or resize. how can i fix this? Or how can i make my picture bigger to fit the model.

Another question, well, i have the Paint application on my computer but it's kinda pixely. How do i not make it pixely and smoother?

Thank you so much.

You need to be sure you are using a more advanced paint program, such as Photoshop. There are free programs similar to Photoshop as well, including Gimp, Sai, Paint.net, etc...

You will need to be sure you know how to use Anti-alias and layers, and make sure the item's image is the same size as the avatar, so do not crop/resize the empty spaces after you've made the item.

If you need any help on doing the above, there should be many guides on the forum here, as well as basic tutorials on the program itself.

We will let you know, Anime girl is ok to upload for, We'll let you all know when there's too many items for a particular class.

I respectfully suggest a 1000 item limit!
or probably you could close uploading of items for a specific task so we uploaders can only make designs for these and that.

Currently making Mass Designs for:
Battle Dog
Bishounen Boy
Onigiri (Small)

And made some items for Boy and Girl, they're only a few for each..

Is this too pixelly?

its pretty good, but the flame is pushing it, i mean if you can draw that type of suit you can draw a better flame, the flame is a little on the generic side. and no i don't think its pixely >_> but over all you could add finer details like shading and more so.
