Saw this the other day:
Look at this article http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2008-11-17/tv-tokyo-to-also-stream-naruto-through-crunchyroll Update: BB Watch reports that TV Tokyo will distribute five anime series, including Naruto and Gintama, worldwide on the same day that they broadcast in Japan. ANN has added more background information to this article. Judging from the article it is in, I would assume this would mean Gintama would be subbed aswell. EDIT: To do this, I suppose (not sure) TV Tokyo would need to license Gintama in America (where CR is hosted.) There have been rumours (well, maybe fact, but I'm unsure) of it being licensed, and this would be the reason. |

Not too sure how Tv tokyo will go. Its also possible that there might be ads in the middle of the ep. |

So let me get this straight, we'll have to pay for a monthly subscription to watch these, then we have 7 days after we watch it the first time to watch it again, then after that we... can't watch it again? >_>

If you pay, you can watch it when it comes out. If you dont pay, you can watch it 7 days after release. |

When this starts, will all the user-submitted episodes of gintama be removed? and what about older episodes? I'm guessing they wont be releasing anything from before the latest episode, but I'd like to know for sure. |

I suppose they would remove all user submitted videos, but it is possible that they may not. Hopefully they will release older episodes, and they might, just not all at once. |

doubt they'll release the older episodes but ^_^ that's nice anyhow. i hope the subs are *good* and not the sort that you get normally from official licensed stuff.
