edit.. not sure if this was posted but i search it up and found nothing well half way through.

the story out of St. Johns, Arizona, about 275 kilometres from Phoenix, earlier this month. The child is accused of plotting and then carrying out the murder of his 29-year-old father and a 39-year-old co-worker at his home in the city of about 4,000 on November 5th.

What was his father thinking, when he taught his Eight year old son how do shoot a riffle?
The boy is eight years old, He should still have the mentality that girls have cooties.

And being eight years old and getting interrogated by two full grown adults that happen to be law enforcers, with no one on your side... of course he going to to feel intimidated and will confess to the crime.

The boy is still innocent till proven guilty.

unusual story. i also recall officials mentioning that the court system isn't setup or frankly comfortable dealing with under 10 felony cases. no matter how creepy this all seems if this boy goes to a juvenile detention and potentially prison afterward his life experiences will be learned from career felons. say what you want about the crime but our prison system (usa) is not set up to rehabilitate but simply to incarcerate. i'd rather stake my bets on the potential outcome of a ignorant murderer than a prison taught gang member with no understanding how to deal with life outside the gates.

i'm guessing but this might be a reason that no adults or legal counsel was present during the taping. this case is toxic for everyone touching it.

Kids don't think that way naturally. It has something to do with how he was raised.

Goes to show that if you ever teach your kid how to shoot a gun, he might shoot you.
