I'm thinking either Cross or Tiedoll.

You cant dodge crosse's attacks, and he can turn invisable and stuff, but Tiedoll can make those giants and has that 'best defense in the order' so I'm really not sure.

Allen! When he becomes a general. For now, Cross. If he loses judgement(which he did), he can still bail himself out by 'transforming' akuma like chomesuke. Also, he controls the corpse of a exorcist( I think?)
