this may sound lame, but counseling helps. everyone needs it every once in awhile...

i tried to tell that to the guidance counselor.. and guess what?? he told me i was normal.. so yeah.. that was great help.. i just walked out of his office casually and never asked for any advice from him again...

sorry to hear that. i've been blessed with a very good counselor and a very good psychiatrist. the antidepressants have really helped me, but maybe you're not as crazy as i am! but hey, hang in there and don't give up!

too many. mostly from my dark childhood. as an ugly child with perpetually gapped teeth and hair like horse food, i was always the target of 'kick me' notes. how i wish those kids grow up to become ugly

I have loads. But only some affected me directly. Let's just say that most of them made me learn that I can't trust anybody, except myself. =U

well, when you think of those times, just try to remember a good time, then it'll start to stop slowly, it usually works for me sorry if this advice sorta sucks

Hope they stop ^_^
