Yes of course.
Yuuki was born a pureblood in the first place, and in order not to let Rido kill her, Juuri (her mom) put the vampire part of her to rest and she became a human. Kaname is not the real brother of Yuuki because his soul is of one of the Kuran ancestors as the real Kaname died and the soul of one of the Kuran ancestors was injected into his body.

No... I think one of my reasons for watching VK in the first place is that out of the 3 main characters, 2 were human... If all were vampires, then that reason is not valid anymore... Although the plot gets more interesting because Yuuki IS a vampire. I'm kind of split... But I voted no.
