As to Kaname being her brother, well he "treats her" as a sister a lot of the times, just recently he began saying all marriage and this and that.. So i doubt that she will end up with Kaname O_O.. If you think about it, the vibe the mangaka its trying to portray is tragedy .. so we will see how this ends up the manga vs anime is indeed different..

Kaname is the ancestor of the Kurans and Yuuki is Kaname's descendant.

I'm afraid that turning her into a pure blood vampire might make her look more like a mary-sue. Not sure about the manga, but in the anime, I seldom see her perform a good action with her own weapon, and most of the time either Zero or Kaname show up to save her day. Even when she is a vampire already -___- So...not much differences besides the long hair.

To stay with Yuuki forever, Kaname eventually turned her into a vampire. -.-
