Definitely, What I like is the diversity and limitless ability of animation in general. A perfect example is Avatar: the last airbender. Great animation with a great storyline, but not Japanese, that's what I look for.

Naruto (NARUTO—ナルト—, Naruto? romanized as NARUTO in Japan) is an ongoing Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto with an anime adaptation

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ, Kōdo Giasu: Hangyaku no Rurūshu?) is an anime television series created by Sunrise. Directed by Gorō Taniguchi and written by Ichirō Ōkouchi,

Kirarin Revolution (きらりん☆レボリューション, Kirarin Reboryūshon?, lit. "Sparkling Revolution") is a Japanese shōjo manga by An Nakahara.

lmao most certainly NOT made by koreans...

If everything else was still the same...
1) voiceactors of similar quality
2) same kind of characters and setting, there is alot of japanese culture in anime and I like it a lot...if some other country produced it, no doubt that would be lost :(
3) good art

Of course it's also possible it would change but be good in another way there are good non-japanese anime after all...
But I have to say, the japanese seiyuu are to my knowledge unrivaled. Also I like the sound of japanese in general, with for example chinese it all sounds incredibly chaotic to me...

That'll probably offend some people....you know....

Either way, I'd still watch it, as long as it had good voice acting and english subtitles...and the same stories, obviously. I don't watch it 'cause it's Japanese, and I bet you could reverse the question, too. Would you still like Japan if it weren't for anime? (Well...that's not really technically reversing the question, but you know what I mean.)
