Ami-chan's Personality

Ami sure is a odd character personality wise. We know she has a mask to hide her real personality "Ami-chan" and outside the fad five. But why does she do this? She says she does it because if people saw what she really was like than she would have no friends.

But doesnt this mean she knows her own personality and the fact she counters it with a mask also part of who she real is? If she was truly "Ami-chan" than woudnt she not give a care in the world what others would think of her just because of how great she is?

But mostly I wonder what is going on her mind when it comes to Ryuuji. The anime seems to be forget to add certain things that I would think would be important. Like in the moment they had in Ryuuji's house when she asked him if he would fall for her. Before Taiga came (also it originally was suppose to be Taigi, Kitamura, and Ryuuji's mom that walks in on them) Ami says "Just kidding" and laughs after she tells him that.

Also with the swimming competetion originally all the boys jumped in the pool to "help" out Ami, but she tried to keep away from all of them. But when she locked eyes with Ryuuji she gave him a smile and tempted to show him her boobs.

So it is just hard to say what goes on in her head. But I do think she has some feelings for Ryuuji and it is not just to take him away and make Taiga alone.

by the way i do agree that she is interested with ryuuji

I don't like her, she reminds me of the kind of girl that makes me hate being a girl sometimes. (A lot of girls I encountered are two-faced..) I don't think she likes Ryuuji per se, I think she just does it to irritate Taiga. Maybe flaunt that she can and WILL have what she thinks Taiga wants, you know? >_> Thats just what I think, I could be wrong. I never read the manga series

well, i think ami is doing those things with ryuuji because she saw something different from ryuuji from other guys, ummmm, like he trustworthy, kind, and he never look at girls physically. the only thing that's keeping her 'evil' is that she is still showing her fake to the normal ones. i think that shes kind, she just wouldnt show it(i think it is because of her pride).

i still can't figure out what ami-chan did was her true feelings or just another prentend

but i still like her... dunno why...

Im pretty sure she have a mask since she IS a model. Afterall models ARE expected to have "good" personlity. Or so i think.

Truth is.... she is arrogant.....and will not hesitate to use abusive language towards others

well it looks like more than a triangular love... u have taiga who loves kitamura and ryuuji who loves minorin though
