Some of our Series Groups/Articles are becoming rather large with the number of members and the amount of discussion being held on their forums. With this unfortunately comes friction between some users and their opinions that could continue to get increasingly hostile without a 3rd party mediator to keep things in balance. Our Global Moderators as seen on the Staff Page are not able to handle all of these problems so we are looking for users to manage these individual groups.
To apply to be a moderator of this Kyo Kara Maoh Series Group/Article, you will be required to fill out the questionnaire below and post your response in this thread. Remember, you are expected to be truthful since we will be reviewing your past history on this site anyway. So it would just make things simpler for us to have the truth up front.
If chosen, your main responsibilities would be to oversee the activities on this group's forum, keep the users relatively happy and only intervene when necessary. When intervening you have to keep the Forum Rules in mind and not act because of your own personal views. Only when a Forum Rule is broken are you to take any action. People are entitled to their own opinions on subjects as long as they are respectful about it. So if someone says something that contradicts your beliefs, you are welcome to discuss it with them but you are absolutely not allowed to use your authority as a crutch to win an argument or punish someone for your own bias reasoning. Just to be clear, you won't be able to edit the videos in the series or do any mod related work outside of the Series Group/Article.

im very active i watch to see when it comes out daily and i watch it when ever it comes out i love this anime and always will

my strenght is easy to get along with, always able to help, smart, im a very good person with computer, and very organize

very well like i have many friends around the world joined many leadership camp and im very out going

sometimes if i see that others are doing something wrong or when someone tries to say im worng since i always have stuff to back me up with

i always give order the only time i take it is when my parents tell me to do something other then that im always the leader in anything i do

if u know me i've falled many people by notgiving them credit if the don't behave or fallow the rules i always like it in an orderly fashion and people that coukd change but warning is a must inorder for people to change

every day right after school on weekends and on holiday about 8-10 hours on school days 12 -14 hours on weekends
5) How much time can you devote? How many days a week can you be on and for how many hours?
monday-sunday at least 10 hour or more
6) What other responsibilities do you have and how much of your time do they occupy?
my h.w but i do that at school during home room umm clubs but its only 30min on friday and dinner 20min but usally i eat near the computer so not a problem i think thats all

I am active in this group because I love this series. I can currently half way through the anime.

a - What are your strengths and weaknesses?
My strengths are I am very easy-going, friendly, openminded, good with people , reponsible and can keep my cool.
My weaknesses are I tend to be very firm sometimes and do not get well with people who swears
b - How well do you get along with others?
Extremely well. with the except of those who swears and insults others.
c - Would you consider yourself to be argumentative?
I am not the type to argue over small matters.

Give orders. sometimes I may be quite demanding but I always get the job done.

If it is their first time, I would give them a gentle warning reminding them of the rules, gentle but very firm, and ask them if they have a reason for doing so. If they do it the second time, I would give them a warning and warn them of the consequences. The thrid time, they'll get a serious ticking off.. However if they have a reason or problem, I'll gladly help them.
4) How much time do you currently spend on Crunchyroll?
Since it is the holiday now, I spend almost the entire time I am awake on CR.
During non-holiday time, I spend about 5 hours daily on the average (multi-tasking)
Of course, exam times and vacation are different matters.
5) How much time can you devote? How many days a week can you be on and for how many hours?
Daily minimum is about 4 hours.
I can devote everyday of the week.
6) What other responsibilities do you have and how much of your time do they occupy?
I am modding several other groups but they don't take more than 30 minutes.

1) How active are you in this group and are you up-to-date with the series?
- Usually, I watch the series raw a few hours after it comes out in Japan so very up-to-date with the series^^!
2) Question of Character:
a - What are your strengths and weaknesses?
-My main strength is that I never give up! I love to make friends and I know my weaknesses very well, and I strive to improve on them. My main weakness is that I can't stop till I've reached my goal. Also, chocolate and losing weight >.< that's my main weakness lol...
b - How well do you get along with others?
-Can get along with others very well! I'm a great listener and majority of my friends come to me with their problems.
c - Would you consider yourself to be argumentative?
-Yes, captain of the Speech and Debate team when I was in high school ^^. But, on CR I'm pretty laid back I seldom have any arguments on here. In fact I don't think I have, here on CR at least.
d - Would you say you'd rather take orders or give them?
-A variety of both I'm very versatile. Being in and Improv troupe in High School you need to deal with a lot of people and you can't always be the leader so I don't mind being either.
e - Would you consider yourself to be stubborn?
-At times, when it comes to school I always try my best. But, with everything else I'm pretty laid back.
f - What makes you suitable for this position?
- I understand how to be a good mod, being a mod and creator in several CR groups I know how to make it work.

-Well, I have mod experiences in several CR groups ^^ I'm pretty laid back being a mod, but, I give people who break the rules 3 chances and then you’re out rule.
4) How much time do you currently spend on Crunchyroll?
-Usually 3-5 hours. I'm usually more active in the weekends staying for 4-7 hours (Arg, it takes like 2 hours to gain a level in Crunchyland >.<!).
5) How much time can you devote? How many days a week can you be on and for how many hours?
-I can devote 3-5 hours depending on what is needed for the group. I'm usually on CR everyday.
6) What other responsibilities do you have and how much of your time do they occupy?
-Well I have school, which takes 8 hours of my day, and that's usually it. So, I'm free most of the week.

- i was active in this group before - well not really in this group but on the other one (season 2) - checking every new episode posted and watching it whenever a new video is already available. ive watched the entire season 1 but i must admit that i need to do a lot of catching up when it comes to its 2nd season. nonetheless, kyou kara maoh is one of my most favorite anime
2) Question of Character:
a - What are your strengths and weaknesses?
STRENGTHS:
i work as a team leader so i should know how to handle and lead a team
i have my own group - animeland - which i see to it that i ALWAYS visit and manage myself
i am a mod for another group - vampire knight rules, though the group hasn't been that much active now a days
i just tried starting my own anime site which i personally put up all by myself and is currently managing on my own
WEAKNESSES:
i am not exactly that clear with the "job description" ie with the the specific details of what i am supposed to do but am still confident that i'd be able to do the job better than the rest with a little guidance from the CR staff on my first few days
i can be a bit bossy and demanding but i always make it a point that i'd be bossy and demanding only when the situation calls for me to be one. i always make sure that i'd be bossy and demanding on the right time, in the right place, and in the right situation
though i said that i can be bossy at times, i also have a tendency to shy away and be intimidated by people with strong personality. but i know when and when not to shy away and be intimidated. when i know that i am right i will fight for what i believe in; but will also take time to see the other person's point of view most especially when something is already escalating to a not so good argument
b - How well do you get along with others?
- i get along with others pretty well. as i mentioned above i work as a team leader. i manage a team composed of 12 or more members. as a team leader i also serve as a bridge that gaps my team members to the upper management. i am also expected to serve as their "voice" whenever they want to relay something to the upper management. this is my job 8 or more hours/day, 5 or more days/week.i am also a physiotherapist by profession and dealing with different kind of unique persons as my clients has also become a part of my daily life.
c - Would you consider yourself to be argumentative?
- at times especially when i know that i am right but as mentioned above i also know when it is time to give way. i tend to be argumentative but i also know how to keep my mouth shut and take the situation on another person's perspective
d - Would you say you'd rather take orders or give them?
- it depends on the situation. if an upper CR staff thinks that something needs to be done and they think that i am the best person to do it then i definitely wont mind taking orders. on the other hand if i feel that something needs and must be done for the betterment of most people and nothing will happen unless i give some orders, then i wont have any second thoughts on giving out one.
e - Would you consider yourself to be stubborn?
- at times especially when i strongly believe that i am right and that my ideas are the best options. however, as mentioned above i also know how to listen to others opinion, comments and suggestions. i also see the situation on another person's perspective taking into consideration which idea, opinion, comment or suggestion will give out the best result
f - What makes you suitable for this position?
- as mentioned above, i work full time as a team leader who manages and handles a team.i am confident that i will also be able to manage a series group as ive managed my team at work. yes, it'd be a very different situation than the one i have at my work but i believe that my experience in creating my own group here in CR and moderating another one plus creating my own anime site would fill that difference/gap.
3) Descibe your moderation style, how would you handle users who break the rules?
- everything ofcourse would also depend on CR's original rules and regulations-which to be honest i would also have to review.i know i cant make my own rules and regulations since i am only one of the moderators of the site. but should there be an instance that i'd need to call the attention of a member who broke a rule i would normally give warnings: 1st - 2nd - 3rd - final warning; and if need be dismemberment
4) How much time do you currently spend on Crunchyroll?
- if i know that i am expected to do something i visit CR everday atleast just to check on things that i'd need to work on especially in my group.if im busy for that day i will atleast see to it that ive finished everything that needs to be done before signing off.if im busy for that week i make sure that i'll visit my group atleast once that week just to check up on how things are doing. if im totally free and has nothing to do i can spend 24 or more hours straight in CR
5) How much time can you devote? How many days a week can you be on and for how many hours?
- ATLEAST 3 days/week for ATLEAST 5 hours each day
6) What other responsibilities do you have and how much of your time do they occupy?
- work for atleast 9 hours/day, 5 days/week

I am up to date with this series, completed it, and have watched the whole anime several times. I'm not very active in this group, seeing that the series has been licensed and the season is complete. However, if I were to be chosen, I'd gladly dedicate time to organise this group.
2) Question of Character:
a - What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I'm well updated with the series, no matter which season it is. I know the story, and news about the series very well and is capable of answering questions related to it. My weakness might be that I'm slightly inexperienced, but I'll do my best to improve if any mistakes are made.
b - How well do you get along with others?
I'm friendly, I get along with the others well, and I hardly get into fights with people.
c - Would you consider yourself to be argumentative?
No, I dislike arguing, I take matters into my hands steadily and I think them through before doing anything rash.
d - Would you say you'd rather take orders or give them?
I do both. Personally I'd rather take orders, but I'm well capable of giving out orders as well.
e - Would you consider yourself to be stubborn?
Yes, I am stubborn at times, but again, every human being is also stubborn at times.
f - What makes you suitable for this position?
I have been around on crunchyroll for a year and a bit, so I understand how Crunchyroll works. I'm managing a few of my own groups, and they are also well organised. I'm also more than glad to help out anyone with a problem or question for the series.

If a user were to break the rules, I would talk to them calmly and warn them. If that does not work, I would give them a second warning, and consult a moderator before taking any actions. If not, I'd simply ban them from the group, or kick them out of the group. (If that is possible.)
4) How much time do you currently spend on Crunchyroll?
I come on Crunchyroll every day. Right now, I spend around 3-4 hours on Crunchyroll alone. However, I do multitask at the same time, since I don't have too much to do on Crunchyroll.
5) How much time can you devote? How many days a week can you be on and for how many hours?
I'll be on everyday of the week, and I can devote around 2-5 hours on Crunchyroll per day at different times, depending on how busy my schedule is.
6) What other responsibilities do you have and how much of your time do they occupy?
I'm currently doing my coursework, and I'm in year 11, which means I'm in the exam year. This means I'll have to spend more time studying, and doing my work, but that does not affect the time I can spend on Crunchyroll much. The least I'll be able to devote per day would be around 2 hours. Once my exams are over, I'll be able to dedicate 5-10 hours per day, or maybe even the whole day.
7) Here you may type any other comments that you think we should know about when considering you as a choice:
- I may not seem very active at the moment, since I don't have much to do on crunchyroll and everyone is busy. However, if I do get selected, I will be more active and glad to spend time in this group.
- My timezone is GMT +8, so I'm on the other side of the world to the Canadians and the Americans, etc. This also means I can take care of anything happening on crunchyroll within my timezone such as other countries in Asia, when the other side of the world is asleep.

well, kyou kara maou is one of my favorite anime.. i already watched the oav and am currently watching the third season, and i watch it over and over because i love its story..

Strengths: i have a flexible personality, i can get along with any kind of people, be it simple or bully. And, im good at reverse psychology, plus, i have a good personality..
i already have an experience being a leader, because im one of the leaders of a certain organization, and i am indeed an excellent leader.. no favoritism and no discrimination..
Weaknesses: i get cranky at times, but i never start a fight.. and, im also a bit bossy..
b - How well do you get along with others?
well, im a very friendly person, be it on the net or in real life, i get along with almost everyone..
c - Would you consider yourself to be argumentative?
hmmm, at times yes, if i know that im on the right side, i argue with people for as long as i can handle the situation, but i see to it that there is still some respect left.. i respect others' opinion..
d - Would you say you'd rather take orders or give them?
perhaps both, giving orders is good, but we must also receive orders, depending on the situation maybe.. they can order me around, but i know when to not follow their orders, if its for the good of the group, then i will obey their orders or demands, and i will also enjoy the privilege of a leader which is to give commands and i certainly wont give a command that i know wont do any good..
e - Would you consider yourself to be stubborn?
stubborn?.. at times maybe, but not all the time.. and i put it in place..
f - What makes you suitable for this position?
hmm, because i know that i have what it takes to be a moderator of this group.. i have good leading skills, i respect others as much as i want them to respect me, and above all, i am a responsible person, i start what i plan and finish what i started.. i treat people with the same treatment, i dont discriminate, i accept my mistakes, i hear others out, i dont bad-mouth others, i hate fights, and i'm a very friendly person..
3) Descibe your moderation style, how would you handle users who break the rules?
i will allow them to do what they want as long as there are no rules that were violated, and as for the rule breakers, a simple warning at first, at the second time they do it, i will ask their reason why they are breaking the rules and will hear them out, i wont do any action unless its necessary, and if they have some attitude problem, perhaps a simple ass kicking will help..:D
4) How much time do you currently spend on Crunchyroll?
well im online everyday, i never let the day pass without opening my account here.. from 1pm-4pm(sometimes from 10am to 4pm) and from 8pm-12am..:D all in all im on for 8hours or more..
and our time zone is GMT +8

hmm, nothing much at the moment, only at saturdays and sundays, saturday- 5pm-7pm practice choir and band.. then on sunday-9:30am-11am -church, sunday service..

to be perfectly honest, i never knew there was a group so i cant say i was active xD but i know i can be. and i cant say i am exactly up to date, but i have watched the entire first and second seasons since last year and just watched the latest ep of season 3. anticipating the next ep already ^^

a - What are your strengths and weaknesses?
my strengths include keeping a cool head in all situations, and i evaluate comments before i reply. im always open-minded and willing to help in any way i can. i can perform many tasks at the same time without losing focus of my my objective
as for weaknesses, i wont say i dont have any, i dont take personal insults very kindly
b - How well do you get along with others?
i can interact well with others and readily make friends. i can be very lively and fun in conversations ^^
c - Would you consider yourself to be argumentative?
not argumentative. i prefer debatable
d - Would you say you'd rather take orders or give them?
if i receive orders that are perfectly fair, i would take them. i dont give orders, i merely make persuasive suggestions that plays in my favour ^^

if i hold firm to anything, be it a job or a belief, i certainly wont change my views just because someone opposes. i'll stand by my decisions, if that's what is means to be stubborn
f - What makes you suitable for this position?
im always open-minded and rather enthusiastic. when i make a decision, i see to it til the end. i can interact well with others, keep a cool head, provide debatable and lively issues and i can take any critism or advice that comes my way graciously. i do not belittle nor snub. refer to questions 2a, 2b and 6

if it was a first, i would let them off with a warning. if they repeat their offenses, i would consult a senior mod for any advice, before i ban them from the group if that is possible

perhaps one or two hours a day, a few times a week. mainly watching anime and checking out forums
5) How much time can you devote? How many days a week can you be on and for how many hours?
depending on the availability of my com. i have my parents and siblings to share it with, but i can manage one or two hours everyday, depending on my schedule. no promises i'll be on daily.
6) What other responsibilities do you have and how much of your time do they occupy?
i have responsiblities to myself, meaning i have to study, to my parents, meaning i have to take care of my siblings, and responsibilites as an editor/cleaner/proofreader of two scanlation groups. i can alternate between tasks, dividing time and doing what has to be done first.

it's purely your choice and i would respect your decision. but do consider i do have at least minimum experience and qualifications.

- I can devote a least a couple of hours everyday if needed
6) What other responsibilities do you have and how much of your time do they occupy?
- I'm and SFC and acting platoon Sgt of Charlie Company. I'm the treasurer of my schools Animagic club, Captain of the fitness team, in battalion color guard, and a member of the rifle team. I'm usually occupied from 6:30am to about 5 or 6pm everyday except for Sundays though there are some exceptions. I'm also a manager and/or asst. manager on a few roleplay sites.

Strengths I'm very trustworthy,responable,I think calmly so I can think of ways to get out of that mess
Weakness Sometimes I let my temper get the best of me

Very well if I do say so myself.

I don't like aguring with people much so I tend to avoid it.
d - Would you say you'd rather take orders or give them?
I rather give them and if people give me orders I offer do the exact oppisite.
e - Would you consider yourself to be stubborn?
Yes very.I neevr give up a fight no matter how bad it is.Sometimes that very bad for me.
f - What makes you suitable for this position?
I have expirense n responability and organization.I'm head of the newspaper comtee and yearbook comtee at school.I'm also a tutor.So I know how to explain very well.
3) Descibe your moderation style, how would you handle users who break the rules?
Warning first then if I catch them again well let's say it won't be pretty.JK about that.But i will deal with it.If the person gets caught by someone else I gave a second chance to I will take full responality for it.

Like 6 hours weekdays soon will lessen when basketball season starts.
Like 10 hours a weekend day.

Maybe an hour or so a day on week day.
Maybe 3 hours on weekends.

I am the creator for 2 very active groups.I'm also a mod for 2 avii requests groups.I'm also a co-creator for finally becoming active group.I'm also a mod for semi-active group.
