according to what i understand,
Wolf of sun represent the sun, it is giving off light, meaning its able to regenerate its powers.
Wolf of moon represent the moon, it is reflecting light from the sun, meaning it has to get its power from someone or something else
More or less this vote is kind of one sided
So the victor is the wolf of sun.
But i don see how they will fight among each other, since they need each other. They balance each other out. when one is missing the balance is broken it wont be good.
Its the principles of Yin and Yang everything needs an opposing factor to balance the other factor.

i say the moon because even if the soon has power the moon has power with out the moon the soon will lose its power
