What Mangaka draws the best eyes?

HI!!

I’ve wanted to post this topic for a very long time because I didn’t see it anywhere and I’m interested in hearing other peoples opinions. I’m very sorry if this is a duplicate of another post. If you want you can post pictures of the eyes as well.

I love manga eyes they are so cool and its neat because mangaka's express so much through them. My favorite eyes are from Parfait Tic! (Nanaji Nagamu) and from Beast Master (Motomi Kyosuke). There are lots of others too!
