Since I was paying attention to the actual question, I believe that he knows what happened but not the important facts. Like he knows the ending without the rest of the story sort of. If he found out the full story, I dont think he would be mad. I think he would trust Rukia more actually because they shared a vey similiar tragedy. Maybe they could each other get over their greif and guilt.
As for Kaien, I dont believe Rukia ever saw him in a romantic light. I think she thought of him and miyako as her saviors. After being stuck in the Academy and randomly adopted by the Kuchiki family, Rukia felt like she was constantly pampered and lonely. Noone dared to be honest with her and treat her like a normal person. Kaien was the first person in like 30 or more years who socialized and talked to her for real. I think she admired his personality and how he learned to gain the respect of others and lived a happy life.
no, ichigo doesnt know about kaien. chances are that he might find out though. he would probably be angry that rukia only helped him because he looked like kaien, except he's too grateful to her for giving him shinigami powers

i dont think he knows. if he did, i bet hed be a little depressed and question Rukia. thatd probably make them closer.
hmmm. aaaaaaaaaaaaand, Rukia did have romantic feelings for Kaien. she just backed off, knowing he had a wife and it was prbly just a little crush. anyway, if there were any official coupling for Ichigo. itd probably be the end of the series. if he ended up with Orihime, and it isnt gonna be the end of the series, theyd just break up. even tho im in support of IchiRuki, him and Ori make more sense, both being human n all. leave it to Kubo to surprise us! thats one of the reasons i watched Bleach anyway. its diff. not too much couple stuff
