if he is consumed by his hollow he will eclipse the current espada,
either because he will be completely hollow and start gaining power from other souls, shinigami, or other hollows and get to vasto lorde level + shinigami bankai/captain level and that will put him at a much higher level

So the question is, If a Vizard's hollow became the dominant form and its nody becomes a Hollow, would removing its mask turn it into an Arrancar? I would like it to be so.

Vaizard and arrancars are different. Vaizards are shinigami/hollow while arrancars are shingami/animal. So Ichigo's not an animal so he can't be an arrancar.
