i watched it and read the manga. i'd have to say my favorite character is Kyou and my fav couple is Tohru and Kyou.

i tried watching episode 1... and man i cant seem to find it enjoyable in anyway.
also the main girl's eyes are WAAY wide..
creepy almost, and this is anime I'm talking about...
and it still creeps me out.

I really like Fruits Basket! I read the manga, and really whant them to hurry up with getting out the next book ... It one of the series where I really like ALL the characters and also like the storyline.
It's the first anime I ever watched, and I just remember sitting in front of my PC and thinking: "What the heck is going on here!?" My favorite episodes are probably 4 (the one with Kagura crashing the whole house, right?) and 10 (the one introducing Haru)
I'm in the year of the goat/sheep. The first time I heard it I was really dissapointed because I wanted to be a dragon ^_^;; That happened when I was six years old. Now I don't really care, but if I'm to go after the Fruits Basket characters I think Hiro is more lovable than Hatori. Even if Hatori's cool, too.

I loved furuba, but i loved the manga bettah than the anime. Because Fruits Basket is another anime that only has 26 episodes!! Grr!! and Cause it goes in much greater detail and theres more characters. Like in the anime, it didn't even mention Rin, or the School Defense Force...
My fav characters are Ayame, Momiji, The Whole School Defense Force (The just make such great friends XPP SPecially Kakeru and Kimi ahaha) and Kisa XP
