It was just a joke. In my experience, from all the places I've lived, CA had probably the worst intelligence-to-stupidity ratio. Maybe it changed, or maybe it was just the towns I lived in. Just glad to be gone. Do miss the sushi though.

More to it of course. I'm sure the people are nice but it's not a place I've ever wanted to visit. Though I may have to as part as part of my Spanish course, which I wish I knew about beforehand... I just hope Mexican Spanish isn't wildly different to Spain's.

I personally love all the mexican food, the music, decor, etc. We have several Mexican music channels that are always interesting to listen to.
