I like this Robusta coffee which is from Mexico. Why does everybody hate on Robusta beans, anyway? They have more caffeine and that's what counts.

I still upvote good posts here, even though nothing happens. :/

The Mexican government fails on an epic level. No wonder so many are trying to get into the U.S., wouldn't you?

You might want to move then. I do not miss that place. At. All. It's a theory some crazies come up with. Similar to the whole Islamization in Europe thing. Except we're becoming Mexicanized apparently. |

It was just a joke. In my experience, from all the places I've lived, CA had probably the worst intelligence-to-stupidity ratio. Maybe it changed, or maybe it was just the towns I lived in. Just glad to be gone. Do miss the sushi though. |

Um, sombreros, cacti, heat and drug cartels are what spring to mind from what you hear about it in the media. More to it of course.
I'm sure the people are nice but it's not a place I've ever wanted to visit. Though I may have to as part as part of my Spanish course, which I wish I knew about beforehand... I just hope Mexican Spanish isn't wildly different to Spain's. |

My cousin in law is from there. Honestly, I think Mexico is coming apart as a nation.

I think it's a more dangerous version of Thailand/Malaysia/Philippines. If you're going ex pat for a while- I recommend those countries instead.

I live in South Texas, and around here, we are immersed in Mexican culture. I personally love all the mexican food, the music, decor, etc. We have several Mexican music channels that are always interesting to listen to.
